Commission - 100% to Agent with NO franchise fees.
HW Guild Renewal - $395 / year includes Dotloop and WRA forms license.
Monthly Brokerage Fee - $99 / month which covers systems and support.
MLS Dues - ~$52 / month as a pass-through cost.
Transaction Fee - $295 / side and $150 on the second side.
E&O Fee - 0.5% only when a commission is greater than $10,000.
Buyer Leads - 75 / 25 split where the agent keeps 75%.
Seller Leads - 50 / 50 split with the agent covering the fee.
Note: Agents save ~$1,200/year in dues while gaining full tech access.
